Boots!!

(Donovan, carrying rain boots over to mommy)
Donovan: "Boooots!"
Mommy: "Do you want mommy to put the boots on?"
Dono:(nodding head)"Ah-kay"
(Mommy put boots on, Donovan satisfied)
Mommy: Do you want to put on mommy's boots?"
Dono: (nodding head) "Ah-kay"
(Mommy then helps Donovan put on boots by lifting him into said boots. Donovan happy)
Mommy: (Dashing across room to get camera) "Let mommy get a picture of you in the boots"
Dono: (signing "all done" and starting to fuss) "All done. All done" (trying to wiggle out of boots)
Mommy: (getting camera ready and taking pictures of crying boy) "Hold on just a second, stay in the boots!"
(Donovan, NOT happy)


Mommy: "Dono, want to see a picture of your self?"
(Donovan interested despite the frustration at mommy)


(Donovan very happily looking at picture of himself in boots.)
Mommy: "Can mommy take another picture of you Donovan and then you can see it?"
Dono: (nodding head happily) "Ah-kay"
Mommy: (taking picture of Donovan) "Say cheese!"
Dono: "Cheeeeeese!"
